Welcome to IA Caddy.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the IA Caddy platform, its AI Guides, services, and content.

By creating an account or using IA Caddy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.

1. Service Description

IA Caddy is a web application designed to help users make decisions more quickly through optimized AI Guides powered by artificial intelligence.

Each AI Guide is developed to simplify research or analysis that might otherwise require considerable time.

The recommendations generated are intended as decision-support tools and do not replace professional advice when such advice is necessary.

2. Eligibility

To use certain IA Caddy services, you must create a user account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out through your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use IA Caddy responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. In particular, you are prohibited from:

Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes;

  • Attempting to bypass security measures;

  • Disrupting the operation of the services;

  • Copying, reproducing, or redistributing content or AI Guides without authorization;

  • Using the services in a manner that could harm other users.

IA Caddy reserves the right to suspend or close an account in cases of abusive use.

4. AI Guides and Analyses

Each AI Guide is designed to address a specific need.

The recommendations provided are based, in particular, on the information supplied by the user and the artificial intelligence technologies used by IA Caddy.

The quality of the results depends, among other factors, on the accuracy of the information submitted.

5. Purchasing AI Guides

Certain AI Guides require a purchase to be unlocked.

Unless otherwise stated, a purchased AI Guide remains accessible in your account.

Purchasing an AI Guide provides access to the corresponding content, but certain analyses may require the use of IA Caddy Tokens.

6. IA Caddy Tokens

IA Caddy Tokens allow users to run certain analyses or access specific features.

The number of Tokens required may vary depending on the AI Guide used.

Tokens consumed during the execution of an analysis cannot be recovered once processing has begun, subject to applicable law.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on IA Caddy may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Purchases are processed through secure payment providers.

IA Caddy never stores your complete payment card information.

8. Accuracy of Results

IA Caddy makes every effort to provide relevant, clear, and useful recommendations.

However, no analysis generated by artificial intelligence can guarantee a perfect or error-free result.

Users remain responsible for decisions made based on the recommendations they receive.

8.1 AI-Generated Results and Additional Executions

AI-generated analyses and recommendations may contain errors, omissions, estimates, or incomplete information and may not fully meet every user's expectations.

When an analysis has been completed and its result has been delivered in accordance with the purchased service, subjective dissatisfaction does not automatically entitle the user to a refund or a free additional execution.

Users who wish to obtain a different result, change their inputs, or explore another scenario must normally perform a new execution using the applicable IA Caddy Tokens.

Technical failures, incomplete service delivery, or other issues attributable to IA Caddy may be reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

9. Service Availability

We do our best to ensure continuous access to the platform. However, interruptions may occur, particularly due to:

  • Maintenance;

  • Updates;

  • Technical issues;

  • Events beyond our control.

IA Caddy cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services.

10. Intellectual Property

All IA Caddy content, including text, images, AI Guides, logos, graphic elements, and developed technologies, remains the exclusive property of IA Caddy or its partners.

No element may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

IA Caddy provides a decision-support service.

The recommendations generated do not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.

IA Caddy cannot be held liable for losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of its services or decisions made by a user, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Discontinuation, Suspension, or Modification of Services

IA Caddy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the operation of its platform, AI Guides, features, or services, including for commercial, financial, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

To the extent reasonably possible, when a planned permanent discontinuation of services is being considered, IA Caddy will make reasonable efforts to inform affected users within a reasonable period before the scheduled closure date.

During this transition period, IA Caddy may allow users, depending on the features available at that time, to use their eligible IA Caddy Tokens, run AI Guides they have access to, and download documents or results available in their accounts.

13. Access to AI Guides

Purchasing or unlocking an AI Guide grants the user a personal and limited right to access and use that AI Guide in accordance with these Terms of Use and for as long as the corresponding service is offered by IA Caddy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or unlocking an AI Guide does not guarantee that the platform, the AI Guide, or the technological infrastructure required for its operation will remain available permanently or for an unlimited period.

In the event of the permanent discontinuation of an AI Guide or IA Caddy's operations, IA Caddy may terminate access to the affected AI Guide after the applicable transition period, subject to consumer rights under applicable laws.

14. IA Caddy Tokens

In the event of the permanent discontinuation of IA Caddy's operations, users with purchased, eligible, and unused IA Caddy Tokens may receive instructions regarding their use before closure or, where required by law or in accordance with IA Caddy's Refund Policy, a refund of their eligible value.

Promotional, free, bonus, or complimentary Tokens may be treated differently from purchased Tokens, subject to applicable laws.

15. Results and Documents

Before the permanent closure of the platform, users are responsible for downloading and keeping any reports, PDF files, images, or other results they wish to retain.

After the announced closure date and the expiration of any applicable transition period, IA Caddy does not guarantee that user accounts, AI Guides, reports, files, or results will remain accessible.

Personal information and other data will be retained, deleted, or anonymized in accordance with IA Caddy's Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

16. Legal Rights and Limitations

Nothing in this section limits, excludes, or replaces any right that a consumer cannot waive under applicable laws, including Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

17. Changes to Services

We may, at any time:

  • Improve an AI Guide;

  • Add new AI Guides;

  • Modify certain features;

  • Remove an outdated service;

  • Update how the platform operates.

These changes are intended to continuously improve the experience we provide.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated to reflect changes to our services or applicable laws.

The date of the latest update will appear at the beginning of this document.

Your continued use of IA Caddy after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of the province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Québec, unless otherwise provided by law.
